- Moral behaviour, kindness, or good works cannot erase our sins. Forgiveness is only possible through Christ’s sacrifice.
- “All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God”(Romans 3:23).
- Only Jesus’ blood is valuable enough to pay for sin.
- His perfect, sinless life is the ultimate sacrifice for the sins of the world.
- “…you were redeemed…with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect”(1 Peter 1:18-19).
